　　About The Position

　　Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer (full time)

　　Territory: Central China

　　Reports To: General Manager

　　Working place: Wuhan

　　Job Objective

　　To promote and sell ACS motion control products and technology, provide primary technical support to the Company’s customers and distributors in the territory.

　　Major Duties and Responsibilities

　　Technical sales

　　Responsible for the marketing and sales promotion and customer maintenance of ACS motion control products in the central of China.

　　Implement sales plan and achieve personal sales target.

　　Develop and drive agents and achieve sales targets.

　　Collect and report market information and competitor information.

　　Provide motion control solutions for automation equipment manufacturers.

　　Technical Support

　　To provide pre-sales technical support to direct and indirect customers in coordination with ACS distributors in the territory

　　Product training, development of relevant knowledge and skills of customers and distributors

　　Perform demos for customers of ACS products and features

　　Simple system set up and tuning of applications at customer site

　　Requirements

　　Major skills and capabilities

　　Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Motor, etc.

　　Relevant theoretical background in the fields of control theory, electrical drives, motors, digital, analog and power electronics.

　　Work experience in an international company.

　　Experience in sales / technical support for Chinese customers.

　　Experience in precise multi-axis control systems (precision of microns) in one of the following areas: Semiconductors, Laser Processing, Electronics Equipment

　　Strong presentation skills

　　Flexible to travel few days a week, mostly in the north of China.

　　Proactive relationship with customers and distributors

　　Very good written and oral communication skills in Chinese

　　Good written and oral communication skills in English

　　Residence in central China (or willing to relocate)
