摘要:提出一種新型三相軟開關(Soft—Switching)逆變電路拓撲,它由全橋移相控制電路和交一交變頻電路組成。在詳細分析交一交變頻電路控制方法及其工作過程的基礎上,制作了一臺樣機,實驗結果驗證了該電路拓撲的可行性和理論分析的正確性。

Abstract:A novel three—phase soft—switching inverter circuit is roposed,which is composed of full—bridge phase—shifted control circuit and AC/AC inverter.The control method and working process of AC/AC inverter are analyzed in de—tail,a prototype unit is done on the basis of the above discussion,the experimental results shown that the circuit topology is feasible and the theoretical analysis is right.

1 引 言
自從Divan教授提出諧振直流環(huán)節(jié)逆變電路拓撲以后,陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)了有源箝位諧振直流環(huán)節(jié)逆變器、并聯(lián)諧振直流環(huán)節(jié)逆變器及準并聯(lián)諧振直流環(huán)節(jié)逆變器等電路。它們都是針對開關電壓應力高和諧振電感損耗大等問題而設計的.但上述電路仍都有各自的不足之處。隨后又出現(xiàn)了諧振極逆變器、輔助二極管諧振極逆變器和輔助諧振極逆變器等。它們在三相橋臂的每個橋臂上都配有一套輔助諧振電路。使每一相極點電壓產生諧振,從而為開關器件創(chuàng)造零電壓開通條件。其缺點是控制相對復雜,軟開關(Soft—witching)條件有一定限制。
本文提出一種新型三相軟開關逆變電路拓撲。該電路并不采用諧振/準諧振電路來產生電壓/電流過零點,而是利用全橋移相控制電路周期性輸出零電壓凹槽,為交一交變頻電路的開關器件創(chuàng)造零電壓開關(ZVS)條件。
